This magnificent round pendant radiates like a sun wheel — handcrafted in Peru using traditional inlay techniques passed down through generations. An iridescent abalone shell background fills the outer disc, while a gold mother of pearl inner field catches the light beneath a starburst of rotating diamond-shaped tiles in red spiny oyster shell, sodalite, and chrysocolla. A chrysocolla center stone is encircled by a ring of deep purple spiny oyster shell, and a red spiny oyster rim borders the entire disc. The bail is accented with red spiny oyster to complete the piece. Each pendant is one-of-a-kind, shaped from solid sterling silver 950.
